Sebrena is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and an EMDR therapist in training, She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University Sebrena assists clts in decreasing distress & overcoming anxiety by developing a deeper connection to self through person centered therapy, attachment based, cognitive behavioral therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She creates a safe, non-judgmental space that allows clts to process and heal as well as increase their understanding of how their childhood impacts their adult life. She also assists clts in increasing their self awareness by challenging & reframing their negative thoughts and behaviors. Sebrena utilizes break work paired with guided meditations, crystal sound bowl healing and other practices within the therapeutic space. Sebrena creates a safe, non-judgmental space that allows clts to process, heal and increase their understanding of self. She has been serving clients in community mental health since 2016. While gaining her professional experience, she’s had success in working with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma just to name a few.
